Kristin (she/her) hails from Illinois. She moved to Metro Nashville Area in May of 2022 from Austin, Texas and has quickly made it home.

Kristin trained with Doula Training International as a Full Spectrum Doula (birth, postpartum, and reproductive health). Kristin completed her undergraduate degree at Spelman College in Psychology, and has a Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University in Behavioral Science and Health Education. 

In her free time, she is tending to her houseplant collection, gardening, crafting or enjoying a good cup of tea/coffee.
